Yes. There is no commitment beyond the current year: give one month’s notice before the renewal date. You get your files and database back.

Storage and memory limits protect every site on the server. If you exceed them for good, we talk and adjust the plan, without downtime.
Yes. Prices are the same and the client is invoiced directly. You stay in charge of the code: push to GitHub and the site updates.
We run the server, backups and security. The code remains the responsibility of whoever built it. If that is us, fixes are included. Otherwise we can help at €100 excl. VAT per hour.
